What are memberships and how do they work?
Our memberships are a simple way for you to restock on your dog's favourite treats.
By choosing a membership, you'll receive one box of your choosing per month, and will automatically receive a discount on the items included in the box
The memberships are an easy, cost-effective way to keep your treat jars stocked and your dog's tail wagging!
How do I renew my membership?
The membership will automatically renew every month until you cancel
When does my order get shipped?
Your order gets placed automatically on the 20th of each month, until you cancel, and will be packed within the following business days. All orders will be shipped for delivery by 25th of each month
Is there a lock-in period?
The minimum commitment for our Membership Boxes is two months. After 2 months, you are automatically rolled to a no-lock-in Membership, meaning you can cancel anytime before the next Order Date (20th of every month)
How do I cancel my membership?
Simply login to your account and cancel your membership.
Alternatively, feel welcome to contact us and we can cancel your subscription for you
When is the cut-off date to cancel my next order?
You will need to cancel your order on or before the 20th of the month
